Ready for Irene

On East Coast we are getting more and more anxious about Irene.

Here in Virginia Beach we have not received a mandatory evacuation, but other areas directly around us have.  Yesterday I braved KMart for batteries, propane, and other necessities.

Today I started work on getting ready for the 100+ winds and rains.

Remember my outdoor room I had just gotten comfortable.  We got to use it about 3 times before Irene showed up.

So while we are ready for Irene, or almost because I need to go get some gas, we aren't looking forward to it!  I am about to do a bunch of chores because it is seriously the calm before the storm right now.
